These terms govern your use of ZnayQuest, a game-based practice tool for tutors and students, available at znayquest.pages.dev. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
ZnayQuest lets a tutor assign practice topics to a student, who answers questions inside a tower-defense game, while the tutor sees accuracy and mistakes. The game is free to play. Tutors get a limited number of free lessons; continued tutor features may require a paid subscription. Prices, if any, are shown in the tutor dashboard.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and for its intended educational purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
Content and ownership
ZnayQuest and its game, questions and branding are ours. Notes and student profiles you create remain yours; we process them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Social publishing
We publish our own promotional content to social platforms through their official APIs using accounts we own, in accordance with those platforms' terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or grades. We aim for reliable operation but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
